Manufacturing history:
Based on customer feedback, we have already expanded the opening for the cable on the negative pole (with version 2). The housing was then raised again by a good millimeter to create a little more space for the cable. In addition, the thickness available for the thread has been increased (version 3). With version 4, changes were made to the housing: the minus sign was added to the polarity designation so that there could no longer be any confusion. The font that was printed too deeply (currently only 0.5 mm deep) has been improved with plug version No. 5. This makes good cleaning possible and contamination decreases. In addition, the printing was improved, and the surface was made more delicate.
With the current version 6, we have changed the manufacturing process from a 3D printer to a laser 3D printing process. This makes it possible for us to also design semi-transparent connectors.
