Music chestfrom Grundig

After we took a 4-week break, work on the music boxes will start again today. The Grundig brand was a symbol of the West German economic miracle. It was therefore considered a traditional company for a long time. In the end, the quality spoke for itself. However, now and then you can adjust some technical gimmicks.

• Lighting
• Technical adjustments
• Reconditioning the scratched panels
• Checking and, if necessary, repairing the receiver
• Installation of Max2Play + HiFiBerry DAC (digital-analog converter)

The scale lighting of the Grundig Mandello 10 radio consists of 2 W5W bulbs. In the end, you know them from the car parking lights. In the meantime, it works again.

Test runcompleted successfully

If you don't get goose bumps with this setup and “Empire State of Mind (broken down)” by Alicia Keys, you are not alive! Anyway, our goal was to show that the best house bars consequently come from Kiel. We have finally got a little closer to that! As can be seen in the photo, the bar is indeed best for gin.
